Rear panel assembly help

I backed into something the other day, just barely hard enough unclip the rear right panel below the tail light of my 2017 LC. Something got rearranged enough behind the panel that it won't just push back in - looks like part got pulled down enough that it popped over the top of a plastic tab.

Does anyone have a link to a parts diagram showing how to unclip / clip this panel, and what's behind it? "Pull and shove" isn't working.

@bloc can help better than I at finding the parts, but I had both of mine off when I did my rear bumper. They are surprisingly easy to remove, but the black plastic pieces behind with the clips are too fragile, I had to replace both of mine.

I would remove the screws in the wheel arch and peel back the outer edge to see if you can pull the bumper skin backward to clear the tab sticking out.

Otherwise if it won't go into place it's possible the plastic stuff under the skin is damaged.
