Rear locker on a 1999

Lookin at a 99 100 and asked the owner if it had a locking rear diff and he said that he didnt know. So how can you tell if a 99 100 has a rear locking diff?

Has a switch (knob) similar to the 80 series but says only RR instead of RR & FR. It's in the same location.
