just wondering if anyone else has had issues with instaling theire rear locker. my dad is doing it at his work and he did the front one but he said that he dosent think he can do the rear because of the clips in the axles.
its a bj60 with 4.88 and look-rights.

ps can someone give me some positive feed back on the richmond look-rights.
thanks

manuel

The instructions in the lock right book are pretty straightforward.

And, in the technical links portion of this site there are some pretty good step by step instructions on lockrights..

if he was able to do the front then the rear will be a breeze,
remove the rear two tires and put the truck on jack stands, pop the inspection cover on the diff, remove c clips, slide axles out, install locker, put it back together.

Remove the secrity bolt, in the cross pin, then the cross pin itself and push the axles, now you are able to pull the C-clips and pull the axles to get acces to all ..
