Hi all,just got this booster/mc real cheap and thought I could at least use the booster for a core.What I did not check before I bought was the 2-hole bolt pattern on the MC.The MC is stamped 15/16th.?As I thought(ASSumed) they were all that 4-hole pattern.So I guess I am stuck w/it for now.It is(supposed) off a 78 mini 2wd.I am looking for a booster from a mini.truck P/N #53-2460,this seems to cover alot of years as I was asking my local Napa parts guy.Napa wants $224 for the booster+ core.They had another P/N # 53-2072 booster for $159 not sure on the exact years as the copy of parts #'s he gave me has no yrs.on it.Someone on here had said partsamerica.com was a good deal $140 for the 53-2460 one.
So my plan is to get a FJ80 master from Marlin and use that booster(53-2460)Then I just need to somehow make it fit with my 69 firewall divider.Will all this bolt up and clear the carb.? with a JTO adapter? Not much room there.Have rear brackets/rotors on the way from Poser.Checked on the Monte Carlo calipers at Napa also, $25 ea.+ damm.core charge of like $22 ea!! Just trying to get al my parts together for my rear disc.swap.Just don't want to spend any more cash on unuseable parts!!
