Installing a double diaphragm booster with a spacer for the FJ40 (14 Viewers)

I just found out that a spacer is needed between the firewall and the booster and have one coming from City Racer.

Is there enough rod threads inside the booster to thread out to reach the pedal with out using a coupling nut and stud to make up for the spacer?

if you are using the city racer booster. yes...there is enough room. no coupling nut plus stud needed.

Be sure to measure the length of that small rod per the instructions. I did not initially and my brakes were on part way, causing the truck to “lose power” but it was the brakes heating up and locking up.
