what do y'all think couldnt get the bend I wanted out of the pipe crusher .... :(

dont know if the rear most bar should be round also and right at the tail light I only have 1/4 in or so to the body ... think I need more ????

Think your side bar will go right into the fender the 1st time you lean over on it.
 
You also need to make sure you have at least 3/8 inch up and down clearance from the bumper to the body. I was amzed to see that my band new (then) STOUT rear bumper was hitting the sheet metal every time I dragged the rear over a rock at Moab. Combination of frame flex and body mount compression. Mild body lift fixed the problem...
