I've been trying to source a couple of clips for the rear bumper on my 1997 80 series as several of the old ones are un-usable. I've scoured the internet, looked through parts catalogues and ordered a clip that I believe is for a 70 series hoping it would work but am coming up empty. Most of the clips I see online are plastic or are designed for screws and not a bolt. The few with bolts are standard instead of metric and don't look like they would fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are photos of what I am missing. The one on the right circled in red is what I need. The one on the left is the closest I found but it is too short and the gap isn't wide enough to fit over the bumper tab.

Here are photos of where it fits - it is for the rear bumper wings; 2 clips per side.

Here are some more detailed photos of the clip that I need if it helps.

Thanks again for the help. Hopefully some one can find it or point me in the right direction.

I bet someone on here has those parts laying around after an AM bumper installation. I suggest you post your location and then ask to purchase and pay shipping.

Have you looked here for the part number? PartSouq Auto Parts Around the World

I really like Partsouq diagrams for figuring stuff like this out.

Yeah, I've checked parsouq, landcruiser yard, cruiserparts.net, Toyota dealerships, norwalk toyota....the hard part is actually finding the part on a parts diagram. Partsouq had the best/most detailed parts diagrams I came across but no one had that part identified/listed. I'd be willing to get them used but in my experience they tend to be cheaper and in much better shape buying new when it comes to bolts/nuts. If I could find a part number for it than I would be able to know if they can be obtained or not or if I need to go the used route.

Are there any sources for parts diagrams that are more detailed than the one on partsouq? The local dealerships parts diagrams are pretty bare - nuts/bots/fasteners tend not to be listed. On partsouq some of them are listed at least but not all of them. Still feeling lost without Onur :(

Sunday bump.

Another weekend bump. Contacted a few partouts but not much luck there. It is a bit of work on their part to confirm the right parts/communicate/ship etc for a pretty small part with little return for their work which is why I was hoping to find the part number and order it from a dealer/online parts distributer. Still hopefull that someone with some parts knowledge will chime in :)

Thanksgiving weekend bump. Still looking for the part number if anyone knows them.

52175-60040 AND 52176-60030 are rear bumper arm mounting brackets per the EPC(electronic parts catalog). Those are the only rear bumper clips/brackets I show that would take a bolt and not a screw. Not sure if those are exactly what you're looking for though. There are clips #90467-04019 and 90467-05084 that are also used for mounting rear bumper

Thanks, I'll take a look and see what I find with those numbers. I appreciate any leads I can get.

Neither of the parts listed were quite what I was looking for. Here are photos of the parts listed above for reference in the future from partsouq.

The lower two are for screws/pan screws.

The clip you are looking for more than likely does not come separately from the bumpers themselves.

Since it’s not showing on the EPC, that would be my conclusion.

Thanks Onur, I was wondering if that would be the case but hoping you might have some number filed away in your head or access to some parts lists that I wasn't able to find and could come up with a number. On with finding some used parts :).

They might be available separately in another application but I’ve never researched it personally...

OK. A bit of morning coffee EPC research yields some progress....

90080-17066 or 90179-06127 might work, but these would be for M6 bolts. The bolt I would use with this clip would be 91631-B0614. These are for front license plates from an HZJ76.

Spot on. To get the "correct" ones you buy the bumper end.

I looked at bumper ends at the beginning of my search and coming up empty handed. I didn't see the hardware attatched to the bumper in the only photo I could find and there isn't mention of what is included when buying the bumper end. It made me hopeful that you or Onur would be able to come up with the missing part. Thank you both for looking into it. I won't go through buying a bumper end just to get a couple of clips. I'll look into the parts Onur posted and see if they might fit.
