After only 2 years both of my rear Bilsteins have bit the dust. Mainly a mall cruiser very little off road use.

What are your recommendations for my stock wheel, no lift cruiser?

OEM would be the way I would go. At $40 a pop they are also probably some of the most reasonable.

A lot of folks here use Old Man Emu or Slee Off-road shocks. I've used OME the last 180k miles. They offer light medium and constant load combos depending on your rig set up.
Have fun shopping!

Thanks mmaak. Do they have ant advantages over OEM for a stocker like mine?

Search the multiple shock threads to collect opinions. Many people complain of the OMEs being too stiff and jarring without any weight. If your stock I suggest staying stock, they're cheap and ride very well.

Thanks. As mentioned above I am coming off a very disappointing experience with Bilsteins. OEM seems to be the consensus.

DirtDawg, they do seem a little more stiff than stock, like converting to a sport ride, a little less plush but for me the handeling improvement is worth it. Not jarring by any means.....

Wasn't arguing with you or bashing your opinion. Just wanted to share the opinion that a lot of mudders have expressed.
100 too stiff after OME medium lift

The stiffness was due to the shocks and many people have found the OME springs/TBs with higher quality shocks ride like a dream. If you are interested in aftermarket/heavier duty shocks, many people are pleased with ironman foam cells and icons if you have a big budget.

Ninja, I do believe they provide a direct replacement for your OEM. If you call Slee or ARB they can give you some good advice for your stock ride.

Thanks. I'll take a look at those options and give them a call.
