I read on other posts where axles were sticking out of the frame, to the side, inches. I am just a half inch difference from being centered is this a big deal? I am also ~2.4° on my rear pinion angle, is this too much? what are other 100's at?

Ho much lift so you have? Side to side movement is usually a result of the pan hard rod. I’m not sure if a 100’s is adjustable.

As for the diff, are you picking up vibrations?

  • 2.5 heavy Slee lift.
  • HD adj panhard bar from slee (I matched the stock length) or so I thought. I know I'm close.
  • No vibrations, I match marked the shaft when I removed it. So I'm assuming I'm good right?

I would think with the lift the panhard rod needs to be longer.
the driveshaft, as long as the ujoint crosses are the same you are good, which it sounds like you are.

Oh ya, you are right it would need to be just a bit longer. Wow thanks. I can't believe I overlooked that.
