Real time help please. Cant get out ofpark

I am stuck in park. Tried checking the fuse block on the driver side fender but can't find a blown fuse. I assume it has something to do with a brake sensor.

Any suggestions?

Take the little plastic cover off the top right of the shifter gate and push the white button down. Check the fuse panel to the left of the acceleration pedal.

Torque on the steering wheel? There's a small square plastic cover to the immediate right of the shifter ('98-'02...not sure about '03+). Pry this off to access the emergency park release. This is also covered in your owner's manual.

Thanks for all the help. I found the fuse under the kick panel at my feet was blown. Pulled one from my seat heater and put it in there and I am driving again. Thanks for the help.

No tech in this post since its been resolved but this is why mud is such a great community. Less than an hour and he's found his problem with the help from mud!

Mine blew out when the trailer converter box was installed.

This will also happen if the bulbs in the brake lights are out.
