Knuckle Rebuild- 1996 TLC with Factory Lockers

I just completed the front knuckle rebuild both sides. New seals, bearings, gaskets the works.

Also new seals bearing on the hubs at the same time.

I re-assembled using an article from mud in conjuntion with the FSM.

My mechanical skill level, I would say 4 out of 10. 10 being the highest.

PROBLEM....

I re-assembled and took it for a test drive. A rotational metalic clicking can be heard at low and high speeds. It is also heard while coasting, but i lose it while braking.

Further more it sounds as if it is coming from passenger side front. It also sounds like its coming from front diff... But can not be sure.

Any help would be appreciated.

If the noise was not there before then it's part of what you serviced.

Did you pack your birfs before reassembly?
Was your hub end cap lined up? They can strip out on you if not.
If you jack up the wheel can you move it if you rock from 12:00 to 6:00? If so check your wheel bearings.
Did you remember to pack your knuckles 2/3-3/4 full of moly after final assembly?
