Real Time Help - Birf removal tip needed

I'll search the archives but I am in a serious time crunch so I have to post this and search. How can I rotate the birf into position to draw it out of the knuckle? I've put both the xfer and the tranny in neutral and I can only turn it 2-3 degrees
