My 05 LX is walking left and right down the road and making me fight it with the wheel. I'm trying to get it aligned. Also has a SLIGHT vibration at the wheel when braking. The garage hasn't looked at it but they said it's not gonna be an alignment issue. Should I bail on this place?

What year, how many miles? If you fill out your signature, it can help us help you more in the future.

Depending on the mileage of your vehicle they may be right. Worn steering rack bushing, tie rods, and other suspension components it can feel like a sail boat going down the road. No matter how much they align it it will still do it, due to the worn parts. Or it could just be the alignment. I would honestly just wait to hear back from them and see what they say. Odds are they will tell you to replace a worn part I mentioned above.

Don't forget to inspect the rear upper control arm bushings as when the rubber portion deteriorates it will induce similar symptoms. These bushings typically need replacement around 150k miles +/-. Replace upper and lower's at the same time.
