Class, when crossing a state line last weekend, Mr. Rogers was welcomed via voice indication then the GPS screen split in half. The new portion showed upcoming exits, their distance and amenities.

How does one return the screed back to full map view?

Pencils UP!!!!

I believe - press the "On ->->" button to bring up an on-screen menu. From there, on the left side, there are icons that look like weird-a$$ geometry pies with circles, triangles, and other 'meaningful' attributes. Mash the on-screen buttons repeatedly until you get the desired results.

Class, kevinfoutch not only answered the question but also showed his work, just as I've asked many of you to do all year.

Kevin, you not only get to depart for recess early, I have tickets for your entire family to attend Monster Truck Jam or Augusta Nationals. Your choice.

If I recall, if you push the MAP button it will also cycle thru all the map viewing options.

I stopped using the nav, I have Navigon on my phone that have updated maps loaded on the phone (no cell service needed), traffic and much better nav overall, also shows the speed limit and plenty other nice stuff. Maps are updated about every quarter minimum.

My screens most constant view is"Off."

Press DISPLAY
-Then press SCREEN OFF

Result= I completely forget my 2008 is 9 years old!

Ill take kevins tickets

I'll definitely take the Monster Truck Jam, been on my bucket list forever. :steer:
