I couldn't make it for the whole CMCC so I'm camping at Rausch fri. into sat. Are any of you guys staying at Rausch? Is anyone wheeling friday morning. I'm trying to figure out what time I want to get to the park.

Chris,

I don't have firm plan yet but I will likely be wheeling on Friday. I don't know yet if I'm camping at RC or Echo Valley.

I knew I should not have posted. Jeeper Jim's daughter is having her 1st b-day party on saturday. So he is out. Found this out yesterday. I may leave early enough to wheel friday, camp, wheel for a while sat and head home for the baby party/parent alcohol consumption. I guess I will wait to see who all is going and what plans they are hatching. Cant wait to see the old farts in the 40's:flipoff2:

All this camping talk is tempting me to camp. Problem is I can't sleep in hot and humid weather. That's why last time we stayed at the hotel. I'm also gonna play it by the ears :hillbilly:.

So does that mean you're gonna be sleeping in the parking lot of RC? I'm not stoked about the digs ,but it is free.

Chris, it's not on the parking lot, but the current camp sites are near it, set amongst the trees. It's not anywhere near as nice and shady as down below, but will suffice. They are supposed to be making more camp sites, improvements as time permits.

As much as I do not like EV, if that's where the group goes, then I'll go there.

I can understand that Dan. I'm just looking for someone to hang out with for the night. I'm sure there will be Jeepers (shudder) to keep me company.

Chris, You can always hang out at EV. I think they charge visitors $1 for the privilige of endulging in the luxury of EV. Come over, pay a buck, take a shower while you're there and take a dump to get your money's worth.

It's in mid July, you can find the details in the Trail Rides section under Toyota Tech. Mapquest Joliet or Tremont, PA for the distance. RC is a couple of miles off I-81 exit 104 or 107 if that helps.

Ex’jeepers are like ex’smokers the one thing they once loved and enjoyed now they preach against.

Not a sermon just a thought.
Chris
