rattle under load depress clutch and goes away

hello every one need help on this
2 issues

issue 1
02 105 wagon
when taking off under load there is a extreme rattle
if I push clutch in it goes away
doesn't have rattle while out of gear idling
rattle goes away at higher rpm
rattle comes back when down shifting hard
clutch doesn't slip

issue 2
power steering blows oil out of cap while turning and has cavitation noise
possible blocked strainer ?
no other leaks

1 sounds like a throwout bearing issue (if the mfgs even still use those)

Time for a clutch job - your throwout bearing is making the rattling noise as Mike said. Also sounds like you have pressure building up in the power steering line so do a drain and refill and look for a blockage. Good luck.
