It is not a 1986 bj42. The very last bj42 that Toyota made was produced in Oct1984.

What you have is a BJ42LV-KC that was made in APR1984. It doesn't matter what your papers or title reads--it is still a 1984 BJ42.
Here is another current ebay listing for a bj42. This frame was made after yours (AUG1984--as in newer). Note that the owner has it correctly listed as a 1984:
