Random question on interior trim color (1 Viewer)

Anyone know if the interior trim parts… for example the cargo ceiling speaker grills… did they come in a matching grey for grey interiors?
The ones I have seen in gray interior 80s seem to be tan in color…

The ones I have from my grey interior are also more tan in color. I think it's either due to aging of the plastic, or a slightly different color from the factory. They are the correct pieces. The oak interior ones I have are a different shade.

If you're that OCD about the color, you may be able to get someone to 3d print some new ones.

Understatement of the eon.

The bezels and like for gray were always some sort of ivory/light tan.

Weird that they did it this way.

SEM 15183 isn't a perfect match, but it's way better than the badly yellowed look:

Just posting results for recoloring the yellowed plastic around the base of the sunroof controls, since I didn't find much on 'mud. Some of the plastic -- seems to be the softer stuff -- in my interior has yellowed. SEM 15183 isn't a perfect match for the Toyota bluish gray, but it's a huge...

You could also try hydrogen peroxide, which is used in the retro gaming and computer community to restore yellowed plastic to its original color:
