Ramsey Winch Reco / Service

I have this Ramsey RE-10,000 pound winch on my landcruiser.

It is looking a bit worse for wear and the clutch mechanism isn't working too well. (all works though)

I have done a small amount of research and found not much about these winches.
I'd like to pull it off and give it a good service, fix the clutch, clean it up a bit, but i wouldn't know where to start.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Anyone got any info about the winch?
