Raleigh Area Mechanics

I have a 2004 LC and a 2005 LX470 in need of some preventative mechanical attention. I've hear Jay at Renaisance is great but a little ways from my house; I live in North Raleigh. Anyone ever use Creech or Frank Goodwin Service? Any other suggestions?

We've gone to Creech numerous times (primarily my wife's CR-V), and they have done great work for a fair price.

Jay has loaner cars and you can bring your own parts. The online Fred Anderson parts prices are close to the lowest in the country. They ship to their store so there is no shipping cost either.

I've used Jay for my 100 and he has been great. The sign in the store says no bringing your own parts but he will let his "Cruiser Nuts" do it. Dropping mine off to get the rack done today, purchased from Fred Anderson and it was indeed the cheapest I could find anywhere. I know he has done a few AHC conversions and other suspension work for other 100 guys and he knows the ins and outs of the wheel bearings and other items that frequently get screwed up at other places.
