Raffle ticket sales at Coal Mine

We are gonna need to try and assign people some late afternoon/early evening shifts manning the raffle ticket sales counter. I don't think it will be much of a sacrifice. I'll have a small card table that the posters can hang on, and I think we just need to put a body in the chair, or two man shifts next to our camp on the side of the road/path we people pass by. Something like Thursday and Friday 6-dusk. Saturday we don't have to worry about since we get plenty of exposure at the main event dinner. If 12 people do a one hr shift in pairs we will have the high traffic times covered and should move a lot of tickets. Socially you won't be removed by more than 15 feet from our campfire, so it should be an easy gig and won't interfere with beer drinking. If anybody would like to sign up for a secific shift or wants to be paired up with someone let me know. If you want to be exempt let me know. I will accommodate requests and try to randomly assign people to fill the remaining vacancies.

We are allowed to sell tix at the dinner/raffle on Saturday. We need 2 volunteers to be there early to set up and sell tix. We'll have reliefs identified as well, if necessary. We need a box of pens as well.
As far as selling at camp, I think Jeff has a solid plan. For the remainder of the time, we could hang a sign on the table that announces we are selling tickets and to come on in to camp and inquire
