Radio flashes with turn signal? (1 Viewer)

2002 land cruiser. Has LED bulbs Front and rear, with an aftermarket relay under the dash, my clock spring in the steering column is noisy and Sony aftermarket head unit. The radio flashes in the same pattern as the signal bulb, but only when the steering wheel is turned in a certain position. Any ideas on the issue or where to start looking?

I'd try removing the LED bulbs and see if it still does it.

OP has been updated. The LED signal bulbs are high quality and not cheap. They've worked for over a year now with no issues. I'll try it tho.

Possibly the circuit is missing a ground and now it is finding a newer grounding loop via the radio.

Update:
Took my lunch break and drove it. Currently, there's no flashing radio anymore, but I noticed that when I shift into "D" the radio light dims (like it does when your headlights turn on) but stays bright in P, R, N, 1, & 2. Any ideas why?
