Hi everyone,

I have relocated my HJ45 to Raleigh but found a hose clearance issue with my recent radiator swap. I’m home now and garaged in Raleigh. Let me know if anyone needs a tow reference. 🤣

The fix is to weld an elbow onto the radiator which I can’t do. Any chance someone in the group welds Aluminum and can help or can recommend a shop?

Attached pics has the old and updated radiator and the scene I created this weekend.

Cheers everyone,
Mignonne

I have one, but he's in Charlotte.

There used to be a built 100 series outside of this shop for LONG time. I haven't seen it in a while, but I remember rubber necking when I'd drive by.
Yea that was me lol I work there

Thanks very much for the help!

I’ve pulled the radiator. Headed to bull city radiator tomorrow. Feels like the fan shroud will need to be modified as well but that’s a challenge for tomorrow.

Back up and running! Had to get the old custom fitting from my original radiator in Texas attached to the new (non-leaking) radiator. Rerouted a few hoses, built a new lower radiator hose, and she’s running great again

Thanks for the Bull City Radiator tip.
