So during the install, I seem to have lost one of the upper bushings for the radiator... No idea where it went. Is there a suitable alternative that I could use? I'm in the home stretch on this one....

Ace Hardware has neoprene washers. I was missing the outer side and simply cut a washer to size and added it.
This is the page tho w/ the part number but it doesn’t cross check right, seems to be listed as a different part through TPD.

I'm also being told this this was a fairly standard part on LC's moving forward... wonder if a modern one would look similar?

So this is a GUESS. Feel free to order and see if they work, they are similar but not having them in hand, I cannot compare. There are two options. The smaller ID might work for the upper grommet and the -61030 could work for the lower, larger grommet. Again, all visual guesses.

16584-61020 - smaller ID
16584-61030 - larger ID.

Both are for upper/lower on J80 radiators.

Feel free to give it a shot, if you do, let us know! I would order myself but I just made an order and would just add these to a later order.

Belated info on this thread, but for anyone searching here...I ordered the 16584-61030 mentioned by @mattressking above.
These are in fact the smaller/upper radiator bushing isolators for the FJ80.

I’m doing a bunch of front end work including a radiator swap on my 62, these fj80 bushings look similar and fit well in diameter but are too thick. (pic below)
They push the radiator too far from the main support and the stock bolt will barely reach the nut on the other side. It can be forced, but not in a good way IMO.

New Fj80 bushings vs my old beat 62 bushings:

The best radiator bushing option I found is in this thread:

Dorman 49450, found these today at AutoZone, perfect fit.
remove the inner metal sleeve and find proper washers and nut to fit OEM bolt. One side of the rubber bush even has a beveled edge to help insertion, a little silicone grease helps. Perfect fit and thickness.

x2 on that dorman bushing. Worked great.

What is that mirror finish? Wow, at first I thought you had some custom double bolt mount for the radiator.

Do you run AC and have the condenser up front that blocks access to the radiator bolt/nut?
It’s a very frustrating thing that Toyota did burying that bolt behind the condenser. Afterthought when they added AC I guess.

Sometimes I use the rad in the mornings when camping to get a close shave...it came that way from Champion, haha.

I don’t have AC, the PO PO removed it. I imagine the compressor or amplifier went out and the truck was a trail rig in OR/WA so they probably figured it wasn’t worth the hassle. I do have some wire mesh there though so I see bolt issue.

Only helpful in a pinch, but the PO of mine, used a couple of stacked rubber garden hose sealers you can get anywhere! Not the proper fix, but it worked for what looked like a LONG time!
