Will Durabak stick to POR-15? The inside floor of my 40 has been painted with POR-15, Im sure its the clear POR-15, and when the weather warms Id like to coat with 2 layers of Durabak black.

It won't stick without a good prep POR has a very tough surface , you can try sanding to scuff the surface before coating but my experience is most paint won't adhere properly to POR after it has cured.
When using POR you are supposed to top coat before it has completely set for a good bond.

Go to the POR15 website. They have a bonding primer than can be applied directly to cured POR15 and then you can topcoat with most anything. I think it comes in a spray or liquid.
