are the lateral control rod and panhard bar the same thing?

if one has adjustable rear lower control arms, adjustable upper control arms, and front castor correction plates, and going with a 4 inch lift, does one need to have adjustable panhard/lateral control arms? OR can they just use the stock ones?

Does anyone know if the metaltech adjustable LCA's and UCA's can be used with a 2 inch OME lift (basically can they be adjusted to STOCK height?)

Thanks!

Noah

Ill take question #1 & #2

#1 - Yes

#2 - The simple answer is stock will work fine. The long, An adjustable panhard centers the axle once it has been lifted. Chances are you will not notice anything when driving with a 4" lift and no adjustable panhard. Most 4" kits if any do not include an adjustable panhard.

IS this a 90 series with IFS? IF so I would think you will be crabbing down the road with a 4 inch as the rear diff will be pulled to one side, while the front will still be true as there is nothing to make the geometry off center on IFS.

Check the distance from the tyre to the inner guard at standard height and see where it is with 4" coils and standard Pan hard rod, I think you will find one tyre a lot closer than previously to the inner guard.
