Quick Memorial Day trip up the Mountain (4 Viewers)

I’m meeting some LC friends of mine in the Valley this Monday for a quick Memorial Day trip…start at Union Springs, exit at Flagpole, cross the road to Reddish Knob for the obligatory photo. I should be leaving RVA around 7 and meeting them in HBurg around 9. If anyone wants to join just let me know!

Lexi Unite!

In all seriousness, it has been a few years since I’ve been up Union Springs and the GX never flinched. The trail is still great for VA and made even better with slick rock and minimal dust today. Now that I’m reacquainted with the trail I plan a shakedown of the nearly stock 80 in the coming weeks and make it an overnight at one of the many great camping spots along the upper ridge.

It's been far too long since I've been up Union. It's a fun trail that's not too far from home.
