Hardcore enough for you guys?

Quaife 6 speed sequential shift transmission. Rated for 750 hp. It happens to be for a Land Rover, but it could be built for Cruiser usage. Expensive, yes.

First gear is only 3:1. I'd rather have an NV4500, thanks.

Cool racing trans, six speed is double over not sure what motors could use that besides a big diesel or racing motor...
H42 is only 3.55 in first...
I would rather have my gearing from the t-case/s rather than the trans... We use a jericho 4 speed in the race truck no OD but you can change out the gears very simple, and its very durable with straight cut gears.

Infact in the 7100 truck it has never had a trans breakage since we started running the jerico...dog trans are fun to shift

When crawling, you only use 2 maybe 3 gears most of the time, so yeah, a low first gear is great. I have an H42/4:1 orion and I wish I had 6:1 first gear...

I don't see the need for a close ratio manual tranmission for rock crawling.

keeping my H55F .. altho I wish I have another taller gear in 5th or 6th for my H55F or H150 .. I guess I just will go slower ..
