I have a perfect set of stock wheels off my 2018. I offered them on the forums and on Craigslist and not one bite. Do people really hate these wheels that much? I may just give them away to get them out of my way.

Yes, there isn't much demand for stock rims. I've had a set listed at fire sale prices for a year and only one nibble, no bites.I have a perfect set of stock wheels off my 2018. Do you still live in Montecito? I’m in Goleta. Sorry to hear you got wiped out in the mudflows. Yeah my issue is the tires that came on these are street tires. Oh well@Ape Cruiser You have to understand the relative beauty of the OEM wheels. I was shopping for a 2016+ riding with a BSA Crew home from Philmont Scout Ranch in the back of a rented 15 passenger van. This was early August of this year with freakout panic buying of Land Cruisers. I know I am going to have to pay MSRP or higher. We want Blizzard white, with Grey and Blue concession colors if we can't get what we really want. We find a 2020 with 10k miles purchased from the dealer in April 2021 with 4k miles. Probably dealer or wife drove it for the 4k miles. Boy racer buys it and puts on a Safari Snorkel, ICON Stage 1 suspension.... We are happy reading this... But then said Boy Racer plops down $1,200+ for Candy Red Fuel 9" wheels. We are talking Fugly Candy Red wheels. WTF! Can we powder coat them a light grey?!! Oh, the dealer says the truck also comes with the OE wheels. This truck is on the list. I get home from the 65 mile backpacking adventure Tuesday night, drive to Boerne Texas near San Antonio on Wednesday and come home with my tail between my legs because of the Fugly red wheels. Beware! Some things can not be unseen!

I thought I could sell the Fuel Red Wheels easier with the 285*65*18 Nitto Ridge Grappler's with all of ~5k miles on them. Put Cooper Discoverer AT3***whatever on the OE wheels and am much happier. You should have seen the sad faces on the kids at Discount Tire as they removed the awesome red wheels for the dorky OE wheels with grandpa tires. I can't seem to unload the reds with Ridge Grappler, with whiskers all around because they are so new. Craigslist on the 3rd largest city in the US brings 2 DOA contacts. Drop the damn price to $1800 and offline to $1500. They are in the garage in the way. So if they won't sell I'll use the Nitto RG on my truck for the next wear out of tires saving $1000 bucks. I can't even handle the red wheels as a second set. I'd love to swap the Candy Red Fuel wheels for a set of OE boring wheels but I lived in Montecito at a place that no longer exists because of the fire and mud slide, so shipping would be cost prohibitive. So enjoy that set of OE wheels and put on a second set of tires to work with your situation.
