New OEM booster en route. My bows don't fit. The front "B-Pillar" bow is too wide. I can force it down into the holes, but it binds-up and settles about 1/2" short of correct. Were earlier Cruiser tubs wider than my 77? I wonder if Pilgrim made his OE bows for a propper early 40 series and now I will have to cut and sleeve mine to work.

Optimas go to O"Riely's tomorrow for a trickle charge.
New brake master and bleed tomorrow.
Bows are next...likely cut the B pillar in the center, sleeve and have a guy at work weld.
I will likely strip the interior and have it lined...does Rhino color-match? Not sure if we have Line X in town.
I won't need a top for the next 6 months, and she won't fit in the garage with the bows on...but, man, talk about the forever project!

O'Riellys sucks at Optimas. Left both Red Tops for 3 days...they told me they are both dead.
Bought a charger, hooked the Optimas (one at a time) in-line with the battery from my 4Runner ( jumper cables, neg-to-neg, pos-to-pos) and charged the 4runner battery for an hour.
Brought each red top to 10.6 volts, then hooked the charger directly to the Optima to finish charging.
Batts are good-to-go.
Brake Master is next. I broke a line trying to disconnect the original, so this job will be done at a local shop.
