They NY/VA one looks fine, but you really need to look inside the frame too, per my earlier post. An inspection camera of bullet/pen light will usually help you peer in any of the multiple holes in the framerails and see if there is any interior rust. That's not my favorite color, but as long as the interior and inner frame are OK, I'd have no qualms dropping $9500 on it, and frankly it could probably be flipped for a profit in a hotter market for GXs.

Since you are in the south I wouldn't bother heading west to get one. You should have plenty of low-rust examples locally. Just keep running Carfax reports to make sure you don't get one from somewhere like MI or WI that was recently imported :). A few used car dealers in my area are notorious for getting rustbucket cars at auction cheap up north and selling them here.
 
Mine has had some damage on the rear. The barn door fits perfectly but is all bent up on the inside. Also, a magnet won’t stick to the left rear.

I didn’t know any of this when I bought it, 60k ago. YMMV.
