Does anyone make a power steering pump pulley for the Saginaw pump that the pulley goes pressed (not with the key)?

What pump are you running?


I am running the AGR modified Saginaw pump for my hydro assist. I ended up using a pulley from a Ford to get the right diameter.


I don't know if all Sagiinaw pumps have the same input shaft.

I am running a Saginaw that does not have the key. The pulley gets installed with a bolt that goes into the center shaft that pushes the pulley in place.

I hate to sound like a dick but asking for a pulley for a Saginaw is like asking for a belt for your lawn mower. Too genreal of a request. What pulley diameter, V-belt I assume, 1/2" or 5/8".

1/2" or 5/8" is where the belt meets the pulley? All I know that the pump assembly came from a six cylinder Chevy Nova.

My AGR pump on my FJ40 goes to a Saginaw steering box but I cannot saw it is a Saginaw pump. It has a 6" diameter pulley from a Ford F-150.


Press fit jsut like you are talking about.

Does the belt fits in the pulley groove? My belt show about less than 1/4 " outside the pulley.

Here is what I have. I'm running the 1/2 belt. I'm pretty sure the pulley came off a Ford F-150 at the Pick N Pull.

Is that the Toyota land Cruiser belt? The pump shaft looks like mine the pump is different. My setup is working fine, but I would like to go back to the original land Cruiser belts.
