I recently bought a Stihl saw based upon the feedback from several of you guys. I originally bought the MS210C-BE; let me tell you, that saw was a POS from the very beginning. The damn thing flooded like no tomorrow and was a PIA to start (even though it brags an easy 2 start feature). Heck, the dealer even had a problem starting it. Once I got it started and wanted to let the saw break-in, the kill-switch wouldn't work.
Needless to say, I took the thing back to the dealer. The dealer was absolutely apologetic and worked with me to make things right; the owner of the dealership even sent me a letter apologizing after the sale and even gave me a free chain sharpening on the house for the trouble I had to go through. The guys were definitely top notch (you can easily find out who they are by searching for the only elite dealer in Austin)! Needless to say, I walked out of there with the Farm Boss instead, and that thing definitely started paying for itself over the weekend with some of the cottonwoods I had to saw down.
Cliff notes:
MS210C-BE - POS
Farm Boss - Definitely worth the prices
Elite dealership in Austin - Absolutely good guys; heck I even brought them some bagels during lunch while they got my Farm Boss ready
