I've got a small Husky chainsaw, nothing cool. But, it's been sitting in my shed all winter and spring. Pulled it out today just to run it, started up about the 5th pull. Nice to have something 2 stroke run like that.

the dirt bike started up first kick after not running for 3 weeks that was a shocker,

those huskys run great too. i use them all the time at work and they fire right up.

I liked my husky chainsaw so much that I bought their lawn mower and didn't even need it...

5th pull???? something must be wrong with your primer.....2nd 3rd....maybe 4th but of the horrors....5???

I'm a fan of all reliable and functioing mechanical things. Husq saws included...:D

now if I could get this keyboard to work as well as my gaggle of small engines.....

I got a Husky riding mower too...first crank everytime. The chainsaw only takes a pull or two also, but I still like to play with my old 1964 Homelite XL 12. The old stuff just seems to be more fun to use lol. Husqvarna is very good stuff.

I cut a 36" dia. tree down a few months ago. I brought three saws with me just in case. My 30 yr old homeite, my 4 yr old Pulan(home depot) and an old 30" husky that I hadn't started since I bought it off a neighbor over a year ago. Since I had to climb to limb the tree I use the Homelite with the 18" bar. Once on the ground again I pulled the husky out. 3rd pull it was up and running. It cut through that 36" trunk faster that some of the 12" limbs with the homelite. I now have a new favorite saw.

My dad has a husky that is older than me (22) it fires up everytime on 2nd or 3rd pull no problem. Oh yeah same spark plug that came with it.
