Props for NorthCoastin

I had to tell of a great experience I had recently with NorthCoasin. NO AFFILIATION. I have seen him sponsor some Yota related events, Yankee Toys I think, but not sure if he is on this board.

My wife ordered an 80 Series t-shirt from Kevin (owner) for my birthday. When it showed up it was an XL instead of a LG. I can usually do an XL fine so no big deal. My wife had already emailed him to see about swapping for the large. He appologized and offered to make it right with another shirt but he was out of larges in that style. No problem the size worked fine. Today I got a large manilla envelope with some 80 series goodies that he sent free of charge to help make it right. Very cool of him. The shirt is also very good quality. He sent some cool TEQ stickers with the sirt too.

Very cool! I love it when companies go out of their way to do something nice for their customers. Really makes me believe in customer service again! Nice shirt by the way! I'll have to point Yosh that way. My birthday is this month too.

I got the "extra stout" hoodie a while back. Its sweet. Got some nice stickers too, just put one on this weekend actually

Mo sent me the link for the thread. Thanks guys, I really enjoy
designing/ printing these. I want to make sure everyone really
enjoys the Toyota Swag I create.

Maybe I can hook up w/ guys sometime. The wife and I are probably
moving to Socal in July. She's from there and I want to wheel all
of the sweetest trails you guys have. Way more than what Ohio
has to offer.
