proportioning valve

My fat fingers got in my way, Please excuse my poor typing!
I need input. I have an adjustable proportioning valve with 1/8 npt in and out ports. Does anyone know where I can get a single fitting that will match up the valve to the 72 Toyota brake fitting? A part number would really help. Or, should I just go with with swedgelocks?
