Hey there Charles...You are alive. Good thing. I was thinking about that color anyway, but its taken by at least 3 nice Cruisers already.

Of course, you can go for a ride at Katemcy, Paul.

I am in Colorado at Christos shop getting ready to put the tcase and axles under the knife. 5.29s in the pumpkins and a 3.something crawl box for the tcase. He volunteered his facility and he is the "go to guy" on the 80s.
Gary

still in colorado?

Hired a new tech today. Guy is a little slow and messy, doesn't know much about cruisers. First day on the job and he is already working on his own POS during work hours. :D

I'd fire him before he starts fudging his time.....

No safety goggles, looks like a Texan too, I'd boot 'em before he buys the shop! :flipoff2: ;)

you gonna put the seats from the donor 80 in the 45?

No.

Garth, looks sweet man! The picture of you approach angle is CRAZY! What kind of front bumper set up are you thinking? Home fabbed?

Keep up the good work!

Rezarf <><

Thanks, but the truck is Waggoner5s. I just happen to remmember that he is using either a bench seat or some custom buckets. Gary will have to answer the bumber question.

Gary very sweet ... and as for color I say the orange that matchs those shirts you made would look way cool

White would be nice, but Freeborn Red looks amazing when it's new. Do it up in a base/clear and it really looks great.

Brown and Mustard and Seafoam look good to a cruiserhead, but to the rest of the world they look like orange shag carpet with an avacado fridge.

Looks pretty damn sweet. I've been trying to get my 55 to work as well as an 80 and I've come to the conclusion the only way to do it is to just do what you're doing.

We had a dark green, in a 81 on 4_ series here in Aus, with the square headlight bezels, looked ok, but for the true retro feel of the truck, I would be looking at the 40th ann silver, or the dark blue from the 80 series color range, as a teaser to what lies underneath.

Im tipping you have had the color "school bus yellow" suggested 25 times this week already though :flipoff2:
