Profile pic unclears when uploaded

Hi, i have been trying to upload a pic into my profile. The pic gets uploaded within few seconds but it becomes blurry. How can I maintain the clarity of the photo.

Please help. Thank you

avatars will resize using the forum software...if you want it more clear, crop/ resize it on your end first to the correct size.
