is the search function acting up or does the database have to refreshed perhaps?

Somehow I could not find the following thread using the search, even after inputting several of the words both in the text and title of the thread, alone and in various combinations:

could you elaborate a tad on what this means, practically speaking, as far as running searches when and how?

uh.....can you repeat the question?


the database gets corrupted for unknown reasons 2-3x per week, requiring admin work on my end....all part of the fun. Likely, the indexing of the search is one of the things that gets messed up.

what I meant was whether this meant that searches were not possible at some times, and if so when? that other means should be used? that titles may work but not bodies or v.v. etc... And when updates were done etc.

but if it's just unpredictable corruption, never mind. Will keep trying.

Thanks for spending the time! You the man! You realize that our lives would be much different (me sad, wife happy ) if the forum were to go... thanks!
