Problem With Abs In My 1999 Prado

In my 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, the ABS lamp is not glowing on the dashboard.

I can even feel an unpleasant braking.

Can anyone help me?

1) What are the first steps to be taken for testing it?
2) Which website offers a circuit diagram?
