Price check on 2013 GX 460

I own a 97 TLC. Wife is venturing out and wants to look at the above. It has 42000 miles, garage kept super clean etc. They are asking $44850 - negotiable. I think it has premium package. Viewing it at lunch tomorrow. What do I need to know and/or check on? All records are available. Thanks, Nelson

FWIW - that price seems pretty high to me for a used one with 42k. Keep in mind that they dropped the MSRP this year. New '15 invoice price is $45,159 for a base model, so you're not too far off if you can find a good buy on a new one. I think a loaded model gets into the $55k range MSRP, so I'd guess you could buy one at around $50k with 0 miles. Is $6k enough discount? In Utah for $45k, you'd be looking at one with 10-15k miles not 45k. With 45k they are around $35-38k.
