Please let me know if price checks are not allowed here - I figured here was better than the tech section.

There's a 55 for sale locally and has been sitting there for quite some time. I need another vehicle like I need a hole in the head... but curiosity is getting the best of me. I know nothing else about the vehicle, as I haven't called yet. It's located in PA. The body is rough. It does have an intact headliner. The frame had no apparent holes.

Knowing very little about 55's - what's a ballpark fair price for this rig assuming it runs?

I'm in the Tamaqua area and drove up there to look it over last year it is rough. At that time the ground under the truck was literally covered in rust particles almost everywhere. Not sure if it runs or not. I offered the owner $1500 (through the guy who runs the garage) but never heard anything. As I recall it was pretty complete but very rusty. Typical...……...
