Looking for a price advise on 2002 LX470 in very good condition. All Stock. 72.5K miles. Seller is asking for 19K. It is a Northern California truck? Looked at KBB and it really high compare to KBB suggestion. Any inputs?

Okay. Thanks. Is there something fishy if seller just spent money on timing belt services - like a month a ago - and then put it on sale? I can understand a dealer doing this but a private party sale? Bit questionable for me.

Id think at the age of the vehicle, even with low miles, no timing belt/wp could be a show stopper if asking for 19k. I might be crazy, but id rather pay that for an 06-07 closing in on 200k (of course no rust, some records + no northeast states etc ..)

have you seen the LX in person?, This sounds like the same truck that has been posted several times. Are the pictures taken in a condo alley? I kept wanting to see it in person and the seller would always come up with a crazy story. I think it was just north of the GG bridge.

No, I have not seen it in person. I do not think it is the same one. They sent a carfax to me but then no response after I asked them to send me the page showing the VIN or direct link to the carfax. I texted and called several times but no response. I dont see the ad anymore. Maybe it is sold or they were trying to pull one off, not sure.

Exact story I got, this is a scam. Said he was selling it for his brother and sent me a car fax that looked like he took it from the internet. When I finally said I will not pay until I see the car in person, he said car was sold.
