@ZIOI Have you replaced radiator cap? Also make sure your coolant recovery bottle has a good seal. Ever see any pink crust around recovery tank cap?

Borescope what you can under the intake to see what you can. Long term coolant leaking under the valley seems to also take out the knock sensor connections from some reports.

When I replaced/upgraded the radiator, it came with a new cap. The only crust I've seen around the overflow cap is residue from my spilling a bit.

The knock sensors were very heavily encrusted with pink residue when I first dove in. This is how bad it was when I first got into the valley:

The fluffy stuff at the back seems like critter nest stuff to me but I never found evidence of chewed wires or such.

I was able to get it pretty clean before attempting reinstallation:

Sorry for the poor image, it's a snap from a video. You get the idea.

I think I'm at 1,200 or so miles since repair and the only change in level occurred during the first hundred. I blame that on the long plumbing for third row heat and time to burp. You did a nice job cleaning up!

Thanks. I just brushed on some water with Dawn (carefully) and then blew if off with compressed air. Then repeated that forever.

Just curious. Does anyone know if the 5.7 engines have the same issue with this?

Nevermind, just found a large thread about it in the 200 section. This is really disappointing.
