I'm thinking of buying one of these and looking for pictures of these pre-fab bolt on Rock Sliders installed.

Critiques welcome too.

1st set is 4+ from Man-a-fre about $250

2nd & 3rd pic is from White Knuckle Offroad about $250

Opinions?

I'd go with sliders that are attached to the frame rather than just bolted to the rocker.
Let the frame absorb the impact instead of rolling your rocker panels under. (they will if you come down
hard).

if you want some that mount to the body, ill sell you mine. i took em off when i bought the 40. there in good shape, i have all the bolts as well. PM me if your interested.

I have the White Knuckle....the ones in the first pic. When I bought them that was the only set they offered. I got great parts that fit P-E-R-F-E-C-T-L-Y along with all hardware and detailed instructions. Installed them myself, read "no help", in a little over an hour. They are stout enough to lift the truck with the hi-lift.

Does anyone have a picture of the first ones mounted to a truck? im looking for a small amount of protection and still keeping the stock look (mostly street use and moderate trail running).

If needed ill buy the whiteknuckle heavy duty ones and weld on some diamond plate...

Hmm, MetalTech #1 above looks like it might be the ticket for keeping my stock running boards :) Me likes.

i emailed white knuckle, his sliders are compatable with stock steps with mods to the forward mount...
