For Sale Power steering rack

Just replaced the PS rack on my 100 series. I do not need to return the old one for a core charge so I figured I would see if anyone on here would like one to try and rebuild.

You would only need to pay the shipping and I'll get it on the way. Otherwise it will probably end up in the dumpster since I don't have the time to tinker with it.

I may! Can you tell me what was wrong with it, and the different indication something worn or bad you got while diagnosing?

2001 with 183k

Leaking from both ends. Passenger side was worse than drivers. Loose while driving and didn’t return quickly to center after a turn. Tried stopping leak with AT-205. It firmed it up but still leaked.

Meantime can you give me sense of shipping cost (cheapest slowest) to 80121? (Perhaps box new came in, has weight and dimensions.)

I've been considering trying to rebuild one to see what it takes. I'm currently in the process of installing insulating (losing ceiling & wall storage space) and heating my garage. I'm just not sure how much room I'll have, until later this month.
