I think the choices range from dirty/greasy/leaky from the home town wrecking yard to a 1500psi AGR box that might mangle your steering components. Somewhere in the middle of those choices is a remanufactured stock 800 series box from your local supplier or our remanufactured box at a higher price tag than your local supplier. Downeys cost more because it has been upgraded to stainless steel internals, and is dual stage. If your not interested in the upgrades, the home town $80 "rebuilt" sure sounds good.

From what I've read on MUD a lot of folks swear by the Saginaw for power with the larger tire tire sizes
no personal experience with it yet as my rig is awaiting an install for PS

i run 35's and the 800 series box and can turn them lock to lock with my pinkie finger if that's what you are after ?
