Possible BCM issue or wiring ? (1 Viewer)

Hi All

Have a 2011 LC 200 GCC specs 5.7 L V8 engine. Was replacing mirror driver side.
LC came with signal light in mirror seems added by Toyota accessories as its vin shows no signal light in mirror and no bottom square light.
Both options came on the vehicle so added by the dealer.

When i unlock my vehicle no beep or flash light comes on. When i press unlock twice beep comes on and light flashes twice.

Trying to know what is the issue ? How can diagnose if it is a BCM issue ? Can Tech Steam troubleshoot a BCM issue ?
