Alright, I got my 25 together this week and actually drove it to the local dealership today. I still have a few issues to finish, but at least it moves under its own power. I took some poser shots.

So who else is getting ready for the warm weather? Lets see some pics!

love it!

Where is the .30 cal? Any hints on where to get the air intake hose? It would fit nicely on the '63 oil bath.

Also, I am stunned at how much my '63 FST looks like your 25.

Looking good Fox! One of mine is still a bridesmaid sitting all polished up and pretty in the garage......one is playing model where it's nice and warm.............one is where I dragged it with a chain a couple years ago serving as shelter for mice...........and the last one is being prepped for major frame replacement surgery.

Bill the hose is from McMaster Carr, the # is in the parts thread. The bodies are basically the same as the '63 FST with the most noticeable difference the wheel well and rear quarter bottom height.

sweet fox! where you been? hibernating... take care!

I have a decent frame without vin's here that I'm probably not going to use. I dont see me building the buggy that it was intended for. Need parts from it? Welding help?

The top is sitting in a box until I can clean out the other garage. If you notice in the last pic, the soft top frame is folded down. I replaced the rear shackle bushings and gained an inch of lift. Now the truck wont fit in the garage door of my shop. DOH!! So, once I clean out the other garage for the 25 to reside in, I'll put the top on. I want to work on re-skinning the doors with matching material too. I have the material, I just need to get on it.

I really need to get the clutch and brake M/C's rebuilt too. They work but are leaking like crazy. I'd like to also replace (or install) valve seals. The other F120 I had rebuilt didn't have valve seals. I suspect mine doesn't also since theres a good amount of smoke when it idles and I juice it.

where's the top? :)

glad to see it back again...congrats...now get the top on...it's cold still :)

I got tired of OD green grill spears but I dont have the funds to get them re-chromed. So, I did the next best thing. I dropped the bib, pulled the spears, bead blasted them, and painted them chrome :hillbilly:

Am I missing something here. It looks like besides the top it's also missing a windshield or is the weather stripping painted to match? I drove my 68 once to get a windsheild replaced with a soft top on. Very interesting ride. I thought the Kayline soft top was going to pop like a balloon. But if your top is a little tight it might help it stretch:rolleyes:

ya, the winter project was to replace the windshield gasket. Once it was out I found a lot of surface rust hidden. So I ground it out, acid washed it, primed and re-painted. Then I found out that I had the wrong windshield gasket. The gasket is on its way to me, then the glass and wipers will go back in. With the top off, its not so bad driving it with sunglasses on.

More 2010 poser shots.
