I wouldn't personally call it a POS, but if the seller thinks he is going to get >$18K, he's either smoking crack or doesn't really want to sell it. SWB are about as cool a truck that you can buy, but the market won't support that price.

Not sure what you mean isn't this a convertible? The front clip is off another vehicle, There would be no windshield rests/hold downs on the hood. No clearance lights on the aprons but the bib should have parking lights. If you don't have $18K he will take a military HUMMVEE in trade. I'll bet he would.
